CYB 014: My Name is Not 'Blue' Umpire Relations

Youth Baseball Coaching and Umpires have been and always will be a necessary element and factor in the game. Youth baseball coaches do not always agree with their judgements or like the way they interpret the rules, but we will always treat umpires with worthy and high respect. Umpires are not our enemy. They are part of the process and we use umpires to build character into our players and parents. It starts with finding out their names. Are you able to treat umpires with respect and disagree with them with respect? Your players and parents will follow your lead.
