Marie shares her experience of training as a coach and the challenges she faced in taking the leap. She discusses the importance of being fully present with clients and the difference between mentor coaching and supervision. Marie emphasises the value of listening for echoes and allowing clients to hear their own essence. She encourages coaches to do their learning and training, but also to let go of models and be fully themselves in their coaching practice.
