Healthy staff teams take work, whether they are paid or volunteer staff. One is not easier than the other - just because you pay them doesn't mean your relationship with them will be automatically healthy and productive. Just because they're volunteers doesn't mean it will be easier or harder to manage the interaction.

Just like a marriage, or a healthy and fit body, staff relationships take work. Today I share with you five practices that will move you toward better staff health. Staff health contributes to church health.
