My guest today is Brian Clate. For the first 15 years of Brian’s career, he rose through the corporate ranks earning awards, executive titles and excelled at “winning”. It was in 2014 when Brian realized the negative impact of “winning” on his company, teams, family and self. This resulted in Brian going through his own evolution. Brian’s passion is transformation, his purpose is to help those seeking personal or organizational change. Today, Brian helps others transform into the people, leaders, teams and companies they aspire to be. By using approaches that blend behavioral science, spirituality and the outdoors Brian helps his clients remove self-imposed barriers and beliefs leading to sustainable success through emotional intelligence coaching. Brian is an award-winning iPEC Certified Professional Coach, former International Coaching Federation Board Member, and avid outdoorsman. Brian has volunteered his services to support multiple organizations including FAIR (Foundation Against Intolerance & Racism), Thrive, Future5, Connecticut Spartans Elite, and multiple individuals between the age of 18-22.
