So, I just got off a call with Alex... A personal trainer that has been in the industry for just over 3 years.
And he was frustrated as he doesn't know how much to charge for his coaching packages.
Scrolling through Instagram we find more “online coaches” than you can poke a stick at, that are selling super cheap programs (like $50 for 12-weeks).
