Is Your Coaching Effort 110%? Why not?




I think coaches need to decide their commitment levels. If they ask their players for 110% then they must also ask themselves for 110%

Agree, or "I don't read books or do research, I already know enough football." That's not 110% effort from a Coach asking that of their players.
