The bench press was created by the Devil. This isn’t my opinion, it is a fact! For some reason there are still fitness coaches and athletes that hold on to this archaic exercise and hold it up as the gold standard for press strength and power. Have we not learnt from the demise of the Bosu Ball, Thigh Master and the Ab Roller? There are better ways to develop push strength. In this episode I go DEEP into the bench press debate and have a little fun while Im at it.
