Coach Forward is an interview-style podcast hosted by Jason Mejeur (Coach J), accomplished Coach, Mentor, and Founder/CEO at MaxOne. To see the MaxOne platform, schedule some time here.

Today, I'm excited to be joined by Coach Guigni, President & CEO of Beat the Streets New England, a Youth Wrestling Organization in Boston and Providence. Coach Guigni also serves as the Head Coach of Harvard Women's Wrestling Club.

Bior wrestled for one of the first collegiate women's teams in the nation on the inaugural Menlo College Women's Wrestling Team.

Using her experience as an immigrant from the Dominican Republic, Bior put trauma-informed coaching and training at the forefront of her organization and has developed a passion for sports-based youth development through wrestling.

Because of her creative programming, Bior was named a 2019 Social Innovator from the Social Innovation Forum. Her immersive program has opened doors for thousands of youth to learn through wrestling. Youth who otherwise would not have been given a fighting chance.

This is one of the most impactful episodes I've recorded to date and really enjoyed my time with Coach Bior Guigni.
