Karl Kirschmayer - eine echte Ostkanne. Bei Karl bedarf es keiner unnötig schmückenden Worte. Jeder, der ihn einmal hinter den Plattentellern in Aktion erleben durfte, wird dies bestätigen. Ohne große Umschweife verkörpert er nur eins - seine Musik. Sein Stil ist geprägt von deepen bis technoiden Elementen, welche er kraftvoll in Szene zu setzen weiß. Doch dabei kann man nicht von einem typischen "Kirschmayer-Sound" reden, denn mit dem Einbauen immer neuer Elemente sorgt er stets für eine frische Brise in seinen Sets. Weltoffen und immer auf der Suche nach dem perfektem Moment eifert er ständig neuen Sounds und Ideen hinterher. Neben den mittlerweile häufigen Gigs außerhalb seiner Kinderstube Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, beruht er sich stets auf seine Wurzeln und arbeitet eng mit lokalen Künstlern und Labels zusammen und ist somit ein immer gern gesehener Gast in seiner Heimat. -DJ/Produzent -Basis in Deutschland -ein Teil von VmF-Music/eigene Veranstaltungen.

As a passionate musician and later as a part of Intense Music he started up spinning records in the early years of the new century. In these former times he created his own fussy and house-based style. First gig’s showed that Karl, behind the decks, just wanted to let himself go - influenced by his tracks, their careful collection and his mixing.
During the last years he participated in different projects, such as “Buntes Treiben” or his actual one “VmF – Vögeln mit Freunden”. The creative work and a lot of cooperation with regional and international acts led to a smooth change in Karl’s sounds as well as his activities as a producer. Spreading his Mixes from Mecklenburg into the world of clubs, open airs and festivals of northern Germany and foreign countries he created a new period in his musical life. Nowadays he represents a deep and/or tech-based, powerful and melodic sound. There is no typical “Kirschmayer-Sound” – it is more like he keeps his mixes constantly fresh and changed by a big pool of new impressions.
