Cotwright, an associate professor in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences at the University of Georgia, was recently named the director of nutrition security and health equity for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Cotwright talks with Rose about her new role and how the U.S. is addressing health equity, obesity and improving access to healthy food.
