Kelly tells the story of how she got into her business and what helped her decide that being her own boss and a business owner is what she wanted to do. There's a part in here where she states that no matter what would have happened in her life she would have found a way to start a company.  She loves being an entrepreneur and it doesn't sound like she would trade that for anything.   They use a a lot of technology in their business and she has an interesting perspective on the future of job interviews and finding great employees to work in your business.
