This is one of the most exciting soul records I've heard in a long time! I'm sure I'd have heard it before if I lived near a Northern Soul club, but what can I say... I'm just deprived. :-) The flip is a terrific cover of Curtis Mayfield's classic hit for Jerry Butler. This was a non-album single. Note: This beautiful copy has Mint labels and pristine sound.
