From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy with a drillhole, in a rare original picture sleeve. Yes, I know this is on a Motown label, but it's still in the sweet Philly style :-) The flip, incidentally, is even better than the A side and is closer to the Motown sound (have a listen to the mp3 snippet in our "jukebox"). "Fading Away" was first recorded in 1966 by The Temptations and was pressed as the B side of their classic hit "Get Ready." Note: Aside from the drillhole, this beautiful 45 record is pristine Mint. The cool picture sleeve has a drillhole as well, but that's about it's only notable flaw. (This scan is a representative image from our archives.)
