Shigaraki Awakes | Season 6 Episode 5 Recap

Shigaraki wakes up on one side and quickly decays the city as we speak. While Gigantomachia wakes up on the other side and surely goes to wreck havoc as well. Sure, Deku seems to go up to One for All at least 45% but it’s clearly not doing much to stop this absolute onslaught coming the heroes’ way. Even Shoto's massive ice wall that was thought to be overkill against Sero during the sports festival was absolutely zero. The absolute devastation and devastation shown on screen was just too intense I loved it. Props to Tokoyami making it out of that fight with Dabi, even though it seemed like Dabi was just around to give Hawks a lecture about his back being burned off. With Hawks' back seemingly burnt completely off does this effectively mean that his wings won't come back? Dabi teaming up with Geten is also a pretty cool combo since they last fought each other in season five.
