The Clare Discovery Park has secured a 42 year lease, giving it the green light to invest in many long term projects to improve the standard of the park. Apart from accommodation upgrades, there are plans to build a water park by this summer for public use:Designs works to go ahead for the Riverton Town Hall refurbishmentCouncil undecided on rate changes. The Great Australian Wine Trail - a push to get federal funds to link all the wine regions via a network of cycling trails.Recognising Cheryl Koglin, one of the recipients of 2022 Australian Citizen of the Year Award for her 13 years of service to the Clare and surrounds. She has worked tirelessly for the Clare Show, the SA Autumn Garden Festival, the Clare Show Market and so many more organisations and groups.
