What inspires you? And what exactly is “inspiration” anyway? To help me find the answer, I brought on some ladies who have been inspiring me of late — the hosts of the Book Fare Podcast — Tricia Culp, Amanda Payne, and Elizabeth Nowlin. A link is in the show notes. In the first part of our conversation we discuss the Bible as the epitome of inspiration, and how well or how poorly our human efforts have been in replicating that.

Books we discussed:
A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, by Betty Smith
Mansfield Park, by Jane Austen
The Man Who Was Thursday, G.K. Chesterton
