Salvatore Babones is an American sociologist, associate professor at the University of Sydney and an Adjunct Scholar with the CIS. Although he is well aware of the limits and deficiencies in Liberalism, he is very bullish about its future—an unashamed self-described proponent of the Whig view of history.
