Phantasm is a beloved cult classic from fan favorite director Don Coscarelli. Re-released last year with a fantastic HD remaster put together by Bad Robot that preceded the long-awaited fifth film in the series: Phantasm RaVager. The original film holds up well despite its origins of its small budget and origin in the late 70’s. Most famous of course is the genesis of THE TALL MAN as Angus Scrimm gave his all to create one of the most iconic villains in horror history. You can see the beautiful HD remaster of Phantasm on Shudder or on Blu-ray.

To celebrate the release of the seventh sequel in the Fast and Furious series our next movie is the motorcycle response to that series: TORQUE. It’s ludicrous but fun stuff so check it out!
