I am NOT intoxicated…yet! We are joined by Clyde Harvey from The VOD Squad and Diamond Club Movie Party to talk about the movie McLintock and Clyde and Willie have a discussion about whether this movie has aged well and how it dealt with stereotypes and political correctness and Clyde makes the case for why it’s appropriate and why no one should be offended while watching this movie. However, there is one character that we both agree is the villain of the story. Plus, John Wayne wanted to make a statement with this movie and we talk about how the character George McLintock and John Wayne the actor have a lot in common and George doesn’t give his inheritance to his daughter Becky, but there’s a very special reason why.
