In no particular order:
Sullivan's Travels (1941) Dir: Preston Sturges
Arrow Video
Solid transfer of a comedy classic from Arrow, with a good selection of extras
Salvatore Guiliano (1962) Dir. Francesco Rosi
Arrow Video
Wonderful transfer, with some interesting supplements investigating Guiliano's life, both in actuality and in myth
The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari (1920) Dir. Robert Wiene Masters Of Cinema
Caligari finally arrived on blu-ray in 2014, in a lovely restoration
Chaplin's Mutual Comedies (1916-1917)
Flicker Alley
Great collection of all Chaplin's work at Mutual
Twin Peaks (1990-1992) - Paramount
Beautifully packaged, with a wealth of extras
Il Sorpasso (1962) Dir. Dino Risi
Criterion Collection
I hadn't heard of this film before the Criterion release but it was a wonderful discovery. Great transfer with copious supplements.
Melancholia - Plain Archive exclusive 001 (2011)
Dir. Lars Von Trier - Plain Archive
From South Korea, Plain Archive released this stunning box of one of my favourite films
Breaking The Waves (1996) Dir. Lars Von Trier
Criterion Collection
Approved by Von Trier, this should be the definitive release of the film. Criterion returned to the original negative for a 4K transfer, avoiding the video processing that Trier employed for aesthetic purposes on the film's original release.
Persona (1966) Dir. Ingmar Bergman
Criterion Collection
Bergman can be hit and miss with me but this is an undoubted masterpiece, in a great package from Criterion.
Hard Day's Night (1964) Dir. Richard Lester
Criterion Collection
Dream edition of the film for Beatles fans. 4K transfer approved by Dick Lester
