I will avenge you father, I will save you mother, and I will kill you Fjölnir.
On this episode of Cinedicate, the filmmaker, and film professor, Cam Lewis returns to discuss Robert Eggers' latest film, The Northman.
Eggers' film is a modern adaptation of an ancient tale that would later inspire William Shakespeare's Hamlet. The story follows Prince Amleth as his father is betrayed by his uncle, Fjölnir. As his world comes to a destructive end, Amleth must seek vengeance on those who took everything from him.
