For this month's issue, digital editor Amy Brownlee searched the city for poutine in all its different shapes and sizes, with her Canadian husband Tim being the judge of poutine authenticity. Since Tim has a lifetime's worth of experience being Canadian, associate editors Adam Flango and Justin Williams decided to sit down over a meal of poutine and discuss the finer points of the Canadian delicacy and ascertain its place within the country's culinary landscape.
