(01:02:12) In cigar news, the cigar industry and the U.S. Food & Drug Administration will meet in virtual federal court tomorrow afternoon to discuss FDA’s plans to defer premium cigar product approval and the upcoming Sept. 8 deadline for product approval. Premium cigars scored a victory on Tuesday as they, along with pipe tobacco, were removed from SB 793, a bill in California seeking to ban the sale of flavored tobacco products.
