Psychological Safety, Pace of Leadership, and Life’s Resets

Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management, Amy Edmondson, shared her research on the importance of psychological safety in the work place, and Michael Todd, Co-Lead Pastor of Transformation Church and Social Media Influencer, provided insight into the concept of the pace of leadership.
