Open Forum: Is the anointing gone?

Here is the replay of today's open forum. We discussed should Christians hire worldly coaches, is my anointing gone for my current job, faith vs free will, taking a step of faith vs a leap of faith, and a few other interesting things.

Open forums are a way for believers to come together and receive godly counsel on the next steps and/or challenges in their calling. The format is free-form, attendees ask questions, and then myself or another attendee provide godly counsel.
