Holy Spirit has given us a very specific definition of an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs are creators whom God has called to start businesses to make profits, found good-work organizations to serve communities, or launch ministries to equip believers. One of the entrepreneurial ministry callings is that of a pastor. Traditionally, pastors have been male; however, can a woman be a pastor? God calls women in all other aspects of entrepreneurship, but the concept of a female pastor is highly contested in the body of Christ. In today's word training, we examine this issue from a biblical perspective.
