Today's guest is a favorite of mine because she's a friend of mine in real life! Francesca Van is a student at UW Madison and my brother-in-law's girlfriend (basically my future sister-in-law, right? 😍) Francesca is super smart, driven and compassionate with a love for public health. But she's also a college student dealing with chronic issues including endometriosis, gut issues, headaches, anxiety and hearing loss.

Today Francesca takes us through what it's like to be a full-time college student dealing with chronic illness and how she took her health into her own hands. Whether you're a student or not, I know you'll enjoy this episode!

In today's episode we chat about ...

What Francesca is going to school for and how she hopes to change the world Living with chronic illness in college Taking the initiative to take care of yourself Francesca’s experience with anxiety while in school Having a strong support system that lives far away
