One day Jesus had a conversation with a woman at a well. Had this conversation not been recorded in Gods Word, it would have been a conversation lost forever. But this was not to be. God had other plans. We have the miracle of this dialogue logged into Gods salvation history for all to read.
This woman was face-to-face with the King of kings and did not know it. She was about to have a head-on collision with reality with the very Creator of reality. She was in for a few surprises, for sure. The Second Person of the Triune God was standing right in front of her. Despite the fact that this historic account happened 2,000 years ago does not diminish its relevance for us today. Of all the things this world has to offer, there is nothing more important today than Jesus himself.
