Coffee Talk Topic: Responding to the Holy Spirit

This episode's coffee talk topic encompasses unexpected blessings when responding to the Holy Spirit. Especially when He whispers in times of extreme challenge or unlikely circumstances. Neither of which are challenging or unlikely to God but orchestrated by Him.

Featured are two powerful interviews given by two very brave women who’ve overcome extraordinary life challenges. Both include painful and critical childhood surgeries that would change their lives forever.

Host Brandee Nielsen says "It’s nothing short of privilege and blessing for us to receive these testimonies about the faithfulness of God in the lives of those who believe in Him. I pray these interviews will bear absolute truth about what the power, hope, and purpose of Christ can do in your life."

Featured Guest No 1: Justine Froelker

Justine Froelker is an author, speaker, and Podcaster. She's a certified Daring Way and Dare to Lead facilitator based on the research of Doctor Bernay Brown. Justine says that she's an advocate for speaking unspoken shame and choosing to thrive when life doesn't turn out how you hoped or dreamed or planned.

Justine joins Christian Coffee Talk to chat about overcoming grief and how we can empower ourselves to overcome any odds through faith, and by responding to the Holy Spirit.

Featured Guest No 2: Barbara Marlowe

Barbara Marlowe is an author and marketing and public relations professional. She served on several boards for nonprofits and is a current member of the University Hospital's, Rainbow Babies and Children's Leadership Council.

Barbara is also president of the Iraqi Children's Foundation who joins Christian Coffee Talk to share a profoundly inspirational story about her journey with Teeba Furat Marlowe, who was burned and disfigured by a roadside bombing in Iraq when she was just 19 months old.

Brandee Nielsen says "Barbara's story exemplifies the epitome of responding to the Holy Spirit. Teeba's is a story that most of us couldn't possibly imagine in our lifetimes. But its a story of faith overcoming improbability, which is something that we all need to hear."
