In his Apostolic Letter "Aperuit Illis," Pope Francis designated the 3rd Sunday in Ordinary Time "Word of God Sunday." Jesus gives us the Word of God--Himself--as an essential part of our relationship with Him. Fr. Ed explains why the Holy Father has chosen to name this special Sunday.
