Homily given at the 8:00 p.m. Mass on Monday, December 24, 2018, the Vigil of Christmas, by Fr. Ed Fride, Pastor, Christ the King Catholic Church.
Referring to tonight's first reading, Fr. Ed notes that we exist for one reason: God delights in you. (Isaiah 62:4) He calls us to be like little children who let themselves be loved by God. He took on flesh and walked among us to show us the magnitude of His love for us.
