God will never forget you. Take your heartbreak to Him. Hannah brings her tears, her bitterness, her anger, her disappointment, her loneliness. She holds nothing back because she knows she is not forgotten.
We are never expected to hide how we’re feeling. We don’t have to clean ourselves up before we go to Him. And the Bible gives us countless examples of deep heartbreak poured out to God.
The Bible is emotionally honest and shows us a God who welcomes our emotions.
God will never waste your heartbroken prayers. The best tool you have when you go to God in prayer, is your need. It’s your dependency.
The struggle He gave Hannah was intentional. Which means, her suffering was not meaningless. And it was not wasted.
