Lennox Rodgers is a former gang member, who committed 22 armed robberies. His childhood was thwarted by physical and mental abuse, which led to him spending many years in the care system. After attempting to join the army, Lennox's life spiralled out of control, between gang life and prison. He served approximately 15 years behind bars. Eager to turn his life around, Lennox became co-founder and CEO of the charity, Refocus Project. Their aim is crime prevention and intervention. He is also author of the book, 'Breaking Better'.
