Filler ep time!! We took a break this week, but enjoy this bonus ep recorded live back in Oct '22 when Danielle visited Steph in CT. We spent an afternoon going through our "notebooks" which we used to pass notes (and our deepest secrets) back and forth during the school day and decided to hit "record" (luck you!).
Listen in to hear our 15-year old ramblings surrounding 9/11, our Wiccan/born again Christian phases, and the emotional rollercoaster of being an early 2000s teen. We re-hash a nothing fight between us, Danielle teaches Steph how to lie to her mother so we can go to the mall, and Steph tries to set boundaries which Danielle immediately disregards. And Steph celebrates turning 13!!!
Warning: There is alot of uncontrollable laugh/wheezing but if you can put up with it, these "notes" are definitely nostalgic! Also, we say "gay" in a derogatory way, but please remember we are reading entries from when we were 12-15 years old and we don't support the use of "gay" in such a way now.
