Now I must be an old guy to admit to having seen The Beatles, Cream, the Doors, and the Jimi Hendrix Experience in the daze of yore, but back in the olde days (long before social media, YouTube, and smartphones), I went to these concerts because it was an event and sensory experience we felt compelled to attend — it was a great time to be alive! For this segment of our journey into the past, we present live recordings of many artists, in an attempt to show you what it must have sounded like.
