After obtaining a judgment, there are various avenues that a creditor can use to collect the judgment in court. Often times, creditors will issue Citations to Discover Assets against the debtor, the debtor’s employer or the debtor’s bank. Each type of Citation to Discover Assets can be used in different ways.
