We kick start the all new 2 week cycle with a very fun and exciting Chef Alex speaks show. We all know that Alex does like to speak. This is our only Chef Alex speaks show for this 2 week cycle due to next week being Labor Day! I have plenty of topics for this show. I will start the show with some brief start of the week news that will get us ready for the week. This is the last week of August, so we have to make it a great one! This week's topics include : my thoughts on the Chef Cardinale's Cooking show so far now that we are reaching my 150th episode, what I like best about fall and what I look forward to in the fall, recap of August and Summer as we move into September, and then finally I will talk about the latest MLB, and NFL news. I also have a Freshwater Angelfish (Pterophyllum scalare) fish profile in store for the show.
