On Sunday, June 13th from 10:00 am to 12:00 am Austin Black Pride and SwirlBabyTV are bringing you a free outdoor healing session featuring yoga, sound meditation, and other healing practices.
This class will focus on the framework of yoga postures/asanas, yogic philosophy, and breathing techniques.
We know that starting a yoga practice can feel intimidating, however, there's nothing to worry about. This course will be friendly to all ages, body types, and levels.
There is a suggested donation of $10, however, no one will be turned away!
