As the 4th and final episode to this mini series, we have Dr Tim Ewer chatting with us today. And funny enough, Tim is Katie's uncle so this is a very special episode.

Tim is vocationally qualified as a physician, general practitioner and specialist in Integrative Medicine, his passions very clearly sit with the person, people and communities in his care. He is inquisitive, clever and very well spoken - this Chat with Tim is a delight to listen to and learn from.

We are grateful for Tim's knowledge and willingness to share on the topic of immunity and immune regulation, the differences we are facing now having experienced lockdowns and isolation, varying influences on our ability to mount an immune response, ways we can easily support these functions, and other interesting factors to consider when creating a family lifestyle supportive of robust and responsive health.

As chiropractors, we know the body is designed to appropriately handle immune challenges and demands. We also understand that the lifestyle we adopt, both short and long term, will have a vast influence on our expression of health. When building healthy and resilient families from the inside out, this interview is a wonderful complement to the chiropractic model and shared understanding of health.

Listen, enjoy and go forward to live your AMAZING life
