In this episode, Don and Joe spend time discussing Don's recent completion of the Cocodona 250.  There is a lot to recap over a 90-hour, four-day race that takes the athlete from Black Canyon City to Flagstaff.  Don details what it was like to run a race like this, the role of the crew and pacers, the big "sleep" decision, what it feels like to be out in the wild for that long, and what he learned from the race.  A lot of real-life race lessons told and re-lived.  A big congratulations to Don for finishing and we are happy that he has recovered fully and can tell the whole story.
