Urbex 63 ”UFO” Futuro Houses with Simon Robson (thefuturohouse) & James Collins (Lazy Habits)

On today's episode I welcome historian Simon Robson who is a man behind thefuturohouse.com website. Simon spent years collecting information on Futuro houses (Futuro Pods) which are a round, UFO-like  houses designed by Finnish architect Matti Suuronen. There were around 100 built during the late 1960s and early 1970s. We talk history, exchange stories and we highlight the abandoned Futuros. You can also find Simon and his wife Robyn who is in charge of social media on Instagram at thefuturohouse.

In the later part of the episode James Collins makes a cameo. James is the lead writer for a music band called Lazy Habits. He shot a music video at one of the abandoned Futuro houses site in Taiwan and he comes on the pod to share more information about this particular site. You can find James on instagram at lazyhabits
