Dylan is the CEO and Founder of Reality Smash, which helps companies connect with their customers by creating compelling, social, branded VR|AR experiences. In 2014, Dylan founded a VR Meetup Group called OCVR and has hosted VR|AR Hackathons, Demo Nights, and educational classes. He was the lead judge for the Creating Reality Hackathon and sat on the Interactive Media Arts (IMA) advisory board for Irvine Valley College.
