Zach highlights their work at The Intention Collective and also talks about some of the current workplace trends related to leadership, and how those trends can be positive or negative depending on the culture and leadership. Zach also touches on the importance of purpose and how he and his family give back in the community, as well as help entrepreneurs and organizations create social impact.
