Zombies, Zombies, Zombies: La Vida Es Movimiento

Some translation, huh? La Vida Es Movimiento means "Movement is Life" or "Life is Movement." That quote comes from one of my all-time favorite movies World War Z. In this episode, I challenge you to see and confront the Zombies in your life. How do you do that? Well, Nike tell us to "Just Do It." I don't know about you, but that doesn't inspire me to do anything. But if movement is life, then we better find something to get us moving. I am going to show you the lessons we can learn from Amazon and World War Z to finally put an end to whatever is holding you back whether that's procrastination, fear, self-sabotage, doubt, failure, laziness, or something else.
