In this episode, Sanyam Bhutani interviews Dr. Tarin Clanuwat, who's currently an assistant professor at the National Institute of Informatics in Japan.
Tarin holds a PhD in Japanese literature and has followed-a traditional path in classical Japanese literature.
Tarin has been doing some amazing research around Japanese literature including her work on Kuzushiji, they talk all about her background, her journey in classical literature and her journey in machine learning and her current research which is in the intersection of both.
