Today we are joined by my cohost for relationships Jeff Grey. He is an Executive Coach, Trainer and Facilitator who loves helping people solve their own problems. He's also the co-host of Hella Black Trivia, an inclusive version of the classic game, that's "trivia, with seasoning".

In this episode we discussed domestic violence.  People tend to think of domestic violence only as physical abuse but there are more than one way people can find themselves in a relationship experiencing  domestic violence. 

We also took time to explore a popular figure Majah Hype who was accused of domestic violence and how it can be unhealthy to pick a side without knowing the entire story. 

We also give some tips you can use if you are in a domestic violence relationship or know someone in one.
