Faith in the Lord's Strength is the title. The fact that strength is displayed that is stronger than the stones of persecution is proven. Persecution is then defined as assaults on the church's faith in God's strength. Then instruction is given from the text on how God has provided means for our faith in God's strength beginning with conversion, ongoing in confirmation of this faith, and constitution of churches with pastors-elders appointed with seriousness and glory to the Lord.
