Parke Place rental homes in Prescott Valley are being leased up as the only single-family rental project in the downtown area nears its initial opening scheduled for April, 2021. The Prescott Valley rentals are being built by Dorn Homes and include 145 one-, two-, and three bedroom rental homes. The Parke Place rental homes provide a number of community and household amenities including dog park and pet spa, multiple outdoor lounge areas and grilling stations, community pool and spa, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in each home, and three distinct floor plans all within a gated neighborhood....
