Prescott Valley's newest rental homes, Parke Place, located downtown adjacent Glassford Hill Road are now 88% leased, reports P.B. Bell, property management firm for the town's newest gated community. Recently, the community's dog spa and community pool and jacuzzi opened for summer. The rental homes opened in downtown Prescott Valley in April 2021. These single family rentals, built by Dorn Homes, consist of one, two and three bedroom floor plans complete with luxury pool, spa, dog park, pet spa and private detached garages.
