City of Cottonwood Reduces the Water Demand Reduction Strategy Level

The City of Cottonwood’s Mayor, at the recommendation of the Director of Utilities, has reduced the Water Demand Reduction Strategy level back to level 1 for the Verde Santa Fe and Amante development (Verde Santa). The Water Demand Reduction Strategy level 1, entitled “Water Smart,” is in effect year-round, without the need of a declaration, and is designed to be a proactive measure for the responsible use of water.
